How to Submit a Request
Email privacy@flowpilotai.app from the address associated with your Flow Pilot AI account and include “Opt-Out Request” in the subject line.
To protect account security, we may request additional verification before processing certain requests.
What to Include
Providing complete details helps us process your request faster and accurately.
- Full name and account email
- Request type (opt-out, deletion, access, correction)
- Jurisdiction or state of residence if relevant
Response Timing
We confirm receipt and process valid requests within timelines required by applicable law.
Complex requests may require additional time, and we will notify you if an extension is needed.
Authorized Agents
Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf where permitted by law. We may ask for proof of authorization and identity verification.
